- Christopher’s generation had the TV and that was basically it for technology, but at the time it was advanced. We have the web and all these new technological items, but in the future what we have will be out of date and there will be something new.
- Multi tasking was a subject that was talked about a lot. There are mixed views about multi tasking, but I think in the long run it is good to get used to multi tasking because it helps train our brain. This ties in with the whole “decision fatigue” conversation as well.
Important ideas here; how will you incorporate this thinking in the work you do online so that older generations are inspired to trust/respect students more?

I would say the younger generation generally thinks multi-tasking helps them, and that it is a positive thing. It's the older generation that thinks it is bad and just helps produce sloppy work. This ties in to older generations not trusting or respecting younger generations. We just have to continue to be active in spreading this way of thinking in order to gain the respect of older generations.
